Fees

Quastels, like all solicitors, is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”).

New rules introduced by the SRA in December 2018 require all solicitors to publish information on their website relating to legal costs and services for certain types of legal work.

This information cannot be provided on our website for every type of matter where we will act, as each case is different.

We will provide you with a written indication of the fees we anticipate will apply to your case after we receive from you all facts and documents relating to your specific matter. However, general information is provided in the links below in respect of the following types of legal work.

Legal Services for Consumer Clients

  • Purchase of a freehold/leasehold property (not ‘off-plan’)
  • Purchase of an ‘off-plan’ property
  • Sale of property
  • Remortgage of property
  • Uncontested probate
  • Immigration
  • Employment Tribunal claims (unfair/ wrongful dismissal)

Legal Services for Business Clients

  • Employment Tribunal claims (unfair/wrongful dismissal)
  • Debt recovery up to £100,000

The fees information set out in the above links are provided for illustrative purposes to show how we work. Charges and costs vary considerably between matters. Consequently this information is a general indication of costs based on an analysis of costs over the past two years. Please contact us for a personalised quote.
