  • Dispute Resolution

We are committed to providing a bespoke, client focused service to clients both in the UK and internationally. We are able to assist in various methods of resolving disputes including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

We are different from many other top firms because not only do all clients receive partner attention (ensuring the matter is handled in an experienced, timely and cost-effective manner) but we are able to adapt our service offering to best meet your needs. We work with you to advise, protect and add value to your business, your assets and your interests.

Whilst we are flexible – and often pleasingly different – both in our approach to you, your matter and the costs and funding, one aspect remains constant: our efforts are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome.

Robert Kay

Robert is an experienced litigator who heads the Dispute Resolution department. Whilst he provides legal and commercial attention to the issues his focus is on finding the best solution to the issues you face. Having commenced his legal career as a barrister, Robert is able to handle cases throughout every stage of litigation.

Robert acts for businesses and individuals in a range of disputes, particularly those which are important and/or complicated. His extensive experience includes being involved in advising, managing and monitoring litigation or arbitration overseas, or working with overseas lawyers or clients to either further his client’s objectives or who require assistance with English law or procedure.

In particular, he provides regular training to various police forces to ensure that detectives involved with the CID department (crimes of a serious or complex nature) better understand the essential skills of communication in the courtroom and in their decision logs.
