Employment law is a key factor impacting internal decision-making for businesses across a variety of markets and sectors.

We offer legal advice on a full range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Whether you are an established business or starting out in the commercial world, our employment lawyers provide comprehensive legal solutions that are focused on protecting your interests.

We also act for individual employees, providing practical and commercial advice on a range of matters. From strategic advice on negotiating the best severance package to guidance on Tribunal claims, Quastels’ employment specialists can help ensure that your rights are fought for and protected.

Our employment team often works with lawyers from our Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution, and Immigration practices to bring you top expertise from across the firm.
