Our Commercial Property team deals with all aspects of property transactions. This includes sales and purchases, business tenancies, development, property finance, and asset management.

Our advice is concise and to the point. We avoid unnecessary jargon. We do everything in our power to complete transactions quickly and efficiently.

We provide a personalised service and take the time to get to know our client’s businesses.  This ensures that we add value to our scope of work.

The team is recognised by the 2022 edition of the Legal 500 as a Leading Law Firm in the “London Corporate Occupier” sector:

“Quastels LLP combines ‘the quality and speed of work of a large firm with the attention to detail and client relationships expected from a smaller practice’. Senior partner Michael Haringman, heads the department, whose experience spans asset management, property finance, business tenancies and transactions. Noted for its full-service offering, the firm has forged a particularly strong reputation in the corporate occupier arena, where it is active in the office, retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure sectors”

Recent testimonials include:

‘They are a very strong team, looking to build strong relationships with clients and consultants. They work very collaboratively with both, looking to establish longstanding relationships. You get clear, concise advice and correspondence and have specialists in a number of fields.’

‘They are generally very responsive and easy to get in contact with and resolve problems quickly. They are good at quoting fees and sticking to them without feeling like you are always on the clock, as with a lot of solicitors.’

‘A friendly team that is capable of offering the quality and speed of work expected from a larger corporate firm with the attention to detail and client relationships expected from a smaller practice.’
