Cheryl is an accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS). Having worked for the UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre for several years as an adviser, she has valuable inside knowledge of the UKVI working process. 

Cheryl is experienced in dealing with immigration cases and can assist with a variety of immigration inquiries for Points Based System (Tier 1, 2, 5), spouse/partner visa, settlements, sponsor licence, EEA regulations, nationality and citizenship. 

Cheryl is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written, providing excellent and friendly case and client support for our English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients.
