Cheryl is an accredited Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS). Having worked in the UK Visas and Immigration International Centre, she has wide-ranging experience across the UK immigration law and valuable inside knowledge of the UKVI working process.

She is experienced in dealing with complex corporate and private client matters. Her particular expertise includes applications made under the Points-Based System, Global Business Mobility, Sponsor Licence, Representative of an Overseas Business, Spouse/Partner, Long residence, EUSS, nationality and British citizenship.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written, providing legal services and client care to an exceptional standard for our English-speaking and Chinese-speaking clients.
