We regularly act for both employers and employees in employment matters ranging from unfair dismissal and discrimination claims; to claims dealing with theft of confidential information and everything in between.
From an employer’s perspective, sometimes the best course of action may mean contesting a grievance all the way, simply to send out a message to the rest of your workforce. At other times, it may be preferable to settle quickly, quietly and with minimum fuss and disruption.
From straightforward settlement agreements through to high profile disputes in the Employment Tribunal, you can rely on us to give you accurate, sensible advice backed up with tenacity and excellent negotiating skills.
