Blockchain

Blockchain is a captivating and attractive emerging technology. Our team comprises individuals who are well placed to advise on and assist with the technical and strategic implementation of blockchain solutions within businesses in what is a complex and rapidly evolving environment.

Cryptocurrency

The demand for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies (for example Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash and Ripple) by businesses has grown exponentially over the last few years. Whilst Bitcoin’s market cap has fallen (now circa $70bn versus a high of over $320bn) cryptocurrencies are still attractive and seen as a future transaction platform. Our team has an in-depth knowledge of this fast evolving and niche area and is able to assist clients with cryptocurrency disputes that include (but are not limited to) breach of contract, recovery of cryptocurrency or access to a private key.

Technology Disputes

We have significant experience in resolving these disputes for businesses. We can advise on a wide range of contentious legal issues including:

  • contractual claims and disputes
  • negligence claims
  • misleading or deceptive conduct
  • economic tort claims
  • civil fraud claims
  • licensing issues
  • intellectual property disputes

We also assist in the resolution of disputes that concern or arise out of the development and application of IT.
