Hoyee Chan

Hoyee is a Solicitor in the firm’s residential property department and specialises in new build property.

Hoyee largely deals with overseas purchasers providing an efficient and personal service to clients who are particular appreciative of Hoyee’s explanations of the process and care with the transaction. She has attended overseas property exhibitions and property launches dealing with ‘in room exchanges’. Hoyee has established strong relationships with well-known developers and estate agents within the industry. She ensures that all parties are well informed throughout the conveyancing process.

Hoyee is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Jonathan Neilan

Jonathan Neilan is an experienced Real Estate Partner and has been acting in the commercial property and new-build sector since 2000. He advises all on all types of commercial and large-scale residential property transactions, including purchasing and financing sites and dealing with their subsequent disposal. His recent focus has been in structuring site-set ups for onward sale and dealing with the lettings of commercial units for developers, advising on the development process and disposal of the finished product.

Jonathan has an established and diverse client base. As well as acting for public limited companies and investment groups on new-build schemes he has built up a wide individual client base, partly through his attendance at overseas property exhibitions across Eastern Europe, the Middle East & Asia.
