Pride is about far more than one month of the year. In this conversation, Hayley Lawrence, Business Implementation Director, and Jason Greenberg, Partner, reflect on why creating genuinely inclusive workplaces requires ongoing commitment, open dialogue and a culture where people feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work.
Drawing on their own experiences, they discuss the importance of feeling accepted, the reality that many LGBT+ people continue to navigate conversations about their identity in everyday working life, and why inclusion is built through everyday actions rather than one-off initiatives.
The discussion also highlights how employers can foster environments where everyone feels valued, respected and able to perform at their best.
We hope this conversation encourages people to keep listening, keep learning and keep having these conversations long after Pride Month has ended.
