Quastels is excited to announce that experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Marcus Rebuck, joined the firm as a Consultant at the start of May 2020.

Marcus has a wealth of European and cross-border expertise on all aspects of business law.  Marcus studied law at the Sorbonne and is a fluent French speaker.

Marcus has a wide range of experience in company mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial contracts, shareholders arrangements and joint ventures, e-commerce and publishing agreements.

Managing Partner, David Quastel, said “We are very excited about the opportunities this new relationship will bring for the firm and for Marcus’ many existing clients.  Marcus’ arrival will further enhance our already talented and flourishing Corporate and Commercial Department, adding an important international element to the team to even better service our UK, overseas and multinational clients.”
