Thomas Klemme is a Partner in the Private Wealth Disputes team. He is a skilled and commercially astute litigator specialising in high-value contentious trusts and estates as well as art and cultural property disputes. Thomas acts for individuals, families, trustees, beneficiaries, art dealers, and collectors — both in the UK and internationally — on a wide range of complex and sensitive matters involving private wealth.
Thomas has a particular specialism in advising clients on reputationally sensitive matters where family dynamics, fiduciary responsibilities and trust and estate administration are in dispute. His work includes:
