Charlotte is a partner in the Commercial Property team at Quastels specialising in commercial leasehold matters, in particular private and institutional investment and corporate occupier projects, and corporate support to share and asset transactions.
Charlotte has more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial property market. Charlotte was a partner in the commercial property team of a large regional firm for a number of years before joining the Quastels team.
Charlotte prides herself on getting to know her clients and their commercial aims and adapting her approach accordingly. Charlotte is an accomplished communicator and will guide her clients through the complexities of each stage of a deal in a concise and user-friendly manner.
Charlotte’s clients are varied and range from institutional investment landlords to internationally recognised tenant occupier brands. Her corporate support work involves a diverse range of businesses from tech and science to manufacturing and distribution.
