When business is going well – particularly in the early days – it can be hard to find the time or inclination to focus on the administrative tasks, such as putting in place watertight agreements with suppliers and customers. Without these written agreements, you may be left with a verbal contract that you can’t enforce – or potentially be exposed to unlimited liability.
We deal with all forms of commercial contracts ranging from terms of business and e-Commerce terms to bespoke agreements relating to a range of subject matters including new technology and intellectual property.
However your business trades, whether its online or from a retail store, our commercial advisers can help you secure the best terms with customers and suppliers and make sure you are in the best position should things go wrong.
