Quastels LLP is looking to recruit a Turkish-speaking Paralegal into its busy Residential Conveyancing team. Reporting directly to senior fee earners and partners within the department, you will assist on a broad range of residential property transactions acting for UK and international clients, whilst also supporting Turkish-speaking clients throughout the transaction process.
This is a hands-on role with direct client exposure, close partner support within a fast-paced and partner-led team.
The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously whilst maintaining a high standard of client care and attention to detail.
You will work closely with fee earners across the department and have regular interaction with clients and third parties throughout transactions. The role will also involve assisting with wider departmental initiatives and business development activities where appropriate.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing team, gained at a reputable law firm.
Fluent Turkish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
You will be highly organised, proactive and personable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a busy team environment. Excellent attention to detail and a professional client-facing manner are essential. Experience using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office is required. Experience with LEAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
