Julia Khalique is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.

Julia has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and asset management matters for landlords of office, industrial and retail premises. She also has experience in development projects and providing support on the real estate elements of finance and corporate led transactions.

Julia trained, qualified and practised as a solicitor at Forsters LLP and then worked at Jones Day, Stephenson Harwood and Herbert Smith Freehills before joining Quastels in 2023.
