Ann-Maree Blake


Ann-Maree Blake is a corporate and commercial specialist, advising on corporate acquisitions (including the sale and purchase of shares) and the specific issues facing start-up businesses. Ann-Maree has substantial experience in complex commercial matters including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, terms of business (including online terms and conditions and GDPR compliant privacy policies), agency and distribution agreements and IT and e-commerce law.

Ann-Maree has particular experience in the health and leisure and IT industries acting for both small start up companies and large corporates. She also has experience of employment issues (including “TUPE”) and advises on operational issues facing clients on the sale of a business.

Ann-Maree brings a commercial approach and her clients describe her as “friendly, down to earth” and ‘exceptionally well informed”.

Ann-Maree attended Otago University in New Zealand and is qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand and England and Wales.

Ann-Maree is a keen athlete and marathon runner and supports the All Blacks.
