Who we are
Adam deals with all employment requirements of our clients, from setting up of new contracts and staff policies to dealing with issues on termination of employment (including redundancies and unfair dismissal claims). Adam also guides clients through the processes involved in transfers of employees under TUPE on the transfer of a business.
Adam advises various businesses across the retail sector, in particular in the beauty industry and restaurant/leisure industry. He advises on and drafts general commercial contracts including commercial supply contracts, distribution agreements and IT contracts.
Adam is also involved in corporate matters including company incorporations and assisting clients with their company secretarial needs as well as drafting shareholder agreements and articles of association.
Adam has a law degree (LLB) from the University of Sussex and went on to complete the LPC (Legal Practice Course) at the University of West London (formerly Thames Valley University) where he passed with a Distinction and was presented with an award for Excellence in Law by the Middlesex Law Society after achieving the highest mark from the 2010-2011 cohort. Adam joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in September 2011 and qualified in September 2013.
Adam is also on the Board of Trustees for Harrow Law Centre, a non-profit organisation which provides a free and independent legal advice service to people who live or work in the London Borough of Harrow. Adam is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
