Ann-Maree is a corporate and commercial specialist, advising on mergers and acquisitions, the sale and purchase of shares and the specific issues facing start-up businesses. Ann-Maree has substantial experience in complex commercial matters including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, terms of business, agency and distribution agreements and IT and e-commerce law.

Ann-Maree has particular experience in the health and leisure and IT industries acting for both small start up companies and large corporates. She also has experience of non-contentious employment issues (including “TUPE”) and advises on operational issues facing clients on the sale of a business.

Ann-Maree brings a commercial approach and her clients describe her as “friendly, down to earth” and ‘exceptionally well informed”.

Ann-Maree attended Otago University in New Zealand and is qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand and England and Wales.

Ann-Maree is a keen athlete and marathon runner and supports the All Blacks.
