Julian Spalter

Julian Spalter qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and is head of Dispute Resolution, specialising in commercial property, land, and insolvency-related disputes. He is also responsible for risk and regulatory matters within Quastels, including compliance with money laundering regulations. Julian’s property and land litigation caseload is principally commercial in focus and includes “hostile” Section 25 Notices, disputes, landlord and tenant, restrictive covenants, dilapidations, easements and adverse possession issues.

In his insolvency work, Julian is regularly instructed by Liquidators and Administrators on a wide range of issues arising in the course of their appointments such as wrongful trading and misfeasance.

Julian provides pro bono legal advice to several cancer charities.
