Jonathan Gross

Jonathan Gross is an experienced commercial property lawyer advising on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including substantial investment and development work and secured lending. Jonathan has also developed a strong reputation for advising tenants on lease acquisitions and takes a robust approach to protecting his clients’ interests.

He has a strong clientele in the arts and media world but also acts for the UK’s largest and most active private companies and entrepreneurs.

Jonathan’s approach is hands-on and clients describe him as “exceptionally committed”, “tenacious” and “commercial”.

Jonathan qualified at Allen & Overy in 1989 where he practised in the real estate finance group for some five years before spending two years with SJ Berwin. Jonathan joined Quastels in 1999. He has a postgraduate degree in law from Cambridge University and an undergraduate degree in business law with honours from City Business School.
