Tanya is a UK qualified solicitor specialising in immigration law and residential property transactions.

Tanya has gained considerable practical experience in various aspects of immigration law over a period of some seven years and has a proven record of successful applications to the UK Border Agency and British Embassies.  These applications include visitor visas, student visas, EEA and Family Member Visas and work permits but a particular specialisation of Tanya’s is Investor Visas. Tanya has also won a number of successful appeals at Tribunal hearings.

In addition, Tanya is an experienced residential property lawyer and advises clients on house and apartment purchases and sales.  Most of her clients are Russian speaking and value Tanya for her skill and expertise in explaining complex legal issues in their native language as well as being able to help them navigate commercial and cultural differences in the transactions.

Tanya has lived in the UK for over ten years. She graduated with a degree in law from the University of Westminster. She is a Member of Immigration Law Practitioners Association.
