Biographies.
 

Elizabeth Booth specialises in commercial property real estate, advising on landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions and disposals.  Elizabeth’s clients include occupational landlords, national retailers, leisure companies and media groups whom she advises in relation to their real estate needs.  Elizabeth is experienced in lease negotiations acting for both landlords and tenants. This experience includes dealing with specialised leases for office space within multi-tenanted buildings and for retail space within shopping centres.

Elizabeth’s clients describe her as “hard working”, “motivated” and “a pleasure to work with”. They rely on her expertise and effectiveness in achieving top results for them and achieving these results on time.

Elizabeth attended University in her hometown of Sheffield before completing her Legal Practice Course with the College of Law, York. Elizabeth joined the firm at the start of 2007 and has become a valued member of the Property Team.

Elizabeth enjoys travelling and lived in Zanzibar for a year before commencing her legal studies. She is currently trying to learn Spanish and has aspirations of learning how to cook.
