Carole is an experienced commercial real estate lawyer with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. Carole was a member of the real estate team at Nabarro for over 10 years, acting for a wide range of clients on many different types of transactions, including portfolio sales and purchases and acting on the real estate aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions of healthcare facilities.

Carole has acted for various funds and has particular expertise in investment sales and purchases. Carole has acted for both landlords and tenants in connection with all aspects of lease acquisitions and understands what is of prime importance for her clients.

Carole has a proactive approach and her clients value and rely on her practical and prudent advice in order to drive transactions to a successful conclusion.

Outside of work Carole is a trustee of the Langdon Foundation, a special needs charity and her interests include theatre, skiing and travel.
